FAQs | Flexars
We offer a fuss-free returns process. Please see more details on our dedicated Delivery and Returns Page.
Standard UK delivery is £5, for a fully tracked, carbon neutral delivery within 1-3 working days. We also ship internationally. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more details.
If you utilise our free postage over £100 deal, and then return items to make your total order less than £100, we will deduct £5 from your total refund to cover the postage costs.
We have a dedicated sizing page, please take note of the sizing advice, as many people think they are a larger size than they are. It is important that Flexars are tight to pull up - as then they will stay put all day, without the need to pull them up.
Full details are provided when Flexars are delivered. Caring for Flexars is easy, simply turn them inside out and wash them at 30 degrees in the washing machine, and then hang them overnight to dry. Do not tumble try, and do not bleach.
We cannot be responsible for stubborn stains from your saddle on White Flexars. With stubborn stains, we recommend soaking overnight in vanish, and washing on their own at 40 degrees with a good washing detergent the following day and this will help remove the stains.
Flexars are durable and designed to last, we are not a brand that falls under 'fast-fashion'. Our delivery service is provided by DPD, who are carbon neutral. We are also working hard to use recyclable packaging, and are always looking for ways to be more sustainable.

Please be aware that due to the softness of the material Flexars can bobble slightly if rubbed against other coarse materials. The bobbling does not diminish the integrity of the material, therefore we will not refund or exchange bobbled Flexars. We do not advise riding in a synthetic saddle and wearing Flexars, the friction will cause the fabric to bobble. Please be aware if not worn with long boots whilst riding or not using half chaps with jockey boots, Flexars will show more bobbling on the inner leg area caused by the rubbing against stirrup leathers.
